    Intellectual Property: You are responsible for ensuring that all content (text, images, videos) you upload for advertising purposes does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
    Campaigns and Content: You must adhere to TikTok’s Advertising Policies and Community Guidelines. This includes prohibitions on content that is deceptive, misleading, illegal, or promotes dangerous products/services, hate speech, or discrimination.
    Payment and Billing: You are responsible for all advertising fees and charges associated with your account. You must provide valid payment information and agree to TikTok’s Payment Terms, which may include specific payment methods supported in Pakistan.
  2. Agency-Specific Terms (if applicable):
    Partnership Agreement: If you are operating as an official TikTok partner or using an agency’s services, you will be subject to a separate partnership agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of the partnership, responsibilities, and any revenue-sharing or fee structure.
    Account Management: The agency may have terms regarding the management of client ad accounts, including asset access, permissions, and collaboration on campaigns.
    Financial Terms: There may be specific terms related to pre-payment, minimum spend commitments, or service fees charged by the agency for managing the ad account.
  3. Advertising Policies:
    Prohibited Content: A long list of prohibited content types, including but not limited to:
    Adult content
    Alcohol and tobacco products
    Gambling and lotteries
    Financial services (some may require certification)
    Misleading or false information
    Violence and dangerous activities
    Unsafe supplements or products
    Industry-Specific Policies: Certain industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals) may have specific requirements and restrictions.
    Data Collection Standards: Strict rules on how you can collect and use user data for advertising purposes. This includes the use of custom audiences and event data.
